Verdict

Raven Rule won a Punchestown maiden by 12 lengths and can't have been right when well supported for a novices' contest at Tramore. JUNIOR RATTLER has proved himself very versatile having won over this trip at Naas, finished second over 3m at Tipperary, and scored again over 2m4f at Punchestown. He's up another 7lb but looks ready to score again. The four-year-old Rich Belief has only won on the all-weather but has been going very well and was conceding 8lb when beaten a nose at Killarney while Where's Bunny got off the mark at Kilbeggan and there's no reason why she shouldn't improve further. Ricky Langford doubled his winning tally at Killarney where he stayed on strongly from the last so he could provide the main threat in an open handicap.
