LEAVE AT DAWN was the subject of a huge gamble at Thurles last week and his supporters hardly had a moment's concern. It wasn't a great race but the assessor has hit him with a massive 16lb rise so coming here with a 6lb penalty looked an obvious choice and he should win again. Chakisto ran poorly on his first sight of Polytrack at Dundalk last time but his earlier efforts over timber put him in the frame for this along with Stay With It, who was in front at this trip when tackling 2m4f here last month. The lightly-raced Notification beat Deano at Cork in March and probably needed the run on his reappearance when a close fifth to the same horse at Thurles last month where the race-fit Gatesoffrance finished just in front of him in third.
