      Verdict

      Taws has won over 1m6f on good to firm and soft going but looks too close in the weights to LATE SHIPMENT. A further step up in trip looks certain to suit Mark Johnston's charge after he was just touched off by Laughing Jack at Carlisle last time. All of Sweetheart Abbey's form is on the Polytrack but Chesil Beach had the speed to win over 1m4f at Brighton and also stays well while the drop in distance was a legitimate excuse for Needless Shouting when attempting a hat-trick at Yarmouth.
