Verdict

Kingfisher Creek didn't get far before unseating in a Grade 3 contest at Sandown last time. But he carries a double penalty for earlier victories over timber and Filatore also carries 6lb extra for last month's win at Ffos Las. That gives the advantage to bumper winner THE EAGLEHASLANDED, sent off favourite at Exeter on his hurdling debut but falling in the early stages. Paul Nicholls' charge can land this on today's terms with a clear round. A P McCoy takes over the reins on Today Please and the latter can only improve after finishing tailed off at Market Rasen on his racecourse debut.
