Verdict

Guardia Top runs in this rather than than the 2.50 and makes plenty of appeal having got off the mark on heavy going at Perth. Bernard Llewellyn has a couple of chances on today’s card and Flanagans Field is one of those being a course winner earlier in the year. He hasn’t run since June but trip and going are both in his favour. Akkapenko has won his last two but both were on good ground and he’s been raised a further 4lb. PATSIO keeps plugging away and was placed over this trip at Ffos Las over the summer. He’ll be in the firing-line and has every chance on these terms. Market Road could also figure.
