In depth

Verdict

This is a very competitive handicap with the weights headed by Cross Kennon and Restless Harry, who have both won a Grade 2. The latter should come out best of those two while Cockney Trucker has been a regular in tough handicaps for many years, though has yet to win over 3m. Aaim To Prosper seems to have found his level over hurdles but proved no match for WEEKEND MILLIONAIR at Taunton just over three weeks ago. That was only the six-year-old's second try over 3m but he saw the trip out well and had a bit more in the locker than the official winning margin suggests. We'll take him to defy a 9lb weight rise though Connectivity has run three cracking races since returning from injury and should be winning soon. He appears to have the beating of Monetary Fund. None of the others can be ignored but probably have to improve a little on recent form.
