Verdict

There's not much between the three runners with an official mark. Halling's Treasure finished just ahead of Maraweh when both were well beaten at Sandown before another modest effort at the same track last time, while Rock God looked only one-paced when a modest seventh at Kempton. Java Rose is more interesting on her first start for Henry Candy after three outings in bumpers but the speculative vote goes to SILK TRAIN. Her debut fourth at Newmarket looks better in hindsight as she finished behind subsequent Royal Ascot winner Riposte and David Simcock's filly is also preferred to recent Windsor fourth Sultanah Heyam.
