Verdict

Unless the market speaks otherwise this looks a battle between the Meehan and Hannon teams. The latter field King Of Wing who progressed from his first run to claim second spot in a fair Lingfield Polytrack maiden, the third having scored since. There's a small maiden in him but THE BLUE BANANA is preferred. As with the majority of Meehan juveniles, he stepped up on his debut to post a promising effort at 6f in a useful Doncaster maiden. That looks the strongest form on offer and he can go one better here. The other to note is Golden Valley. Totally unfancied, she stayed on well enough for a mid-division finish on her Windsor debut and has each-way credentials if able to build on that initial promise.
