      Verdict

      COUP DE VENT won a similarly low grade handicap on Polytrack in December. She's only 3lb higher here and can go one better than over course and distance 11 days ago if the blinkers work a second time. Distant High is held on the form book while Cartographic has been creeping up the weights without winning and has yet to shine on Turf. Innoko may find this too short while Dylan's Storm hasn't shown much over hurdles this year.
