Niki Royal won at Towcester in January but was well beaten in a handicap at Taunton subsequently. Fair Bramble needs to improve on what she's shown so far while Etania, placed twice in bumpers, makes her hurdling debut. Abbi Jicaro has become disappointing but there may be more to come from PAUPERS PRESENT, who got bogged down in the mud at Wincanton last time. Her earlier third to Shutthefrontdoor at the same track was a decent run and she could pop up at a decent price in this. Fairyinthewind has winning form on the Flat and wouldn't need to be a world-beater to make an impression on her hurdles bow.
