Verdict

Indian Stream is entered again here tomorrow but was progressive last season and boasts a good strike-rate over fences. Southfield Vic has only won a couple of novice chases so far but there is plenty of scope for further improvement and he looks the stable pick ahead of the returning Unioniste. Upswing is preferred to Another Hero of Jonjo O'Neill's two runners and Kruzhlinin goes well fresh. Fox Appeal started favourite at Market Rasen two weeks ago but only finished fourth and, though he'll strip fitter here, doesn't win as often as he should. BUACHAILL ALAINN was second in this last year and is 2lb lower. He needs a strong pace but that looks likely with several front-runners in this big field and he can go one better. Henryville was possibly unlucky at Market Rasen in July and is no forlorn hope.
