Verdict

GLOBAL ACCLAMATION, more like his old self at Brighton last time, gets a tentative vote in a race that won’t take much winning. Diamond Cottage and Soldier's Son, 1-2 in a similar contest over 6f here recently, can also figure again while blinkers replace the usual visor on the potentially well-treated Grandstand. Mountain Ash tries to go one better than over a mile here in a first-time visor with Lilandra possibly best of the rest.
