Amosite proved a shade disappointing last time and is worth taking on here with It¿s Toast put up as the selection. Ralph Beckett¿s filly enjoyed a quiet Newmarket debut before being tried over 7f on soft ground at Newbury last time, where she was sent off joint favourite. The ground was probably the key to her defeat there, but this drop to shorter and a sound surface will certainly help, and given that there was confidence in her last time it is likely that she will be ready to fire today. She has plenty of scope for improvement so we will side with her. Amosite had run well at Royal Ascot before being sent off favourite at Nottingham last month, but she flopped in a race where Red Rosanna finished ahead of her, though showed little improvement from her own first run. John Jenkins¿ runner is proving a little frustrating to follow and we will oppose today. It will be interesting to see how the market speaks of Houdella, who is related to plenty of juvenile sprint winners, while Key To Love looks next best, but is not an obvious one dropped back to the minimum. Not a race to get heavily involved with and we¿ll take a chance on It¿s Toast.
