    Verdict

Tallow won at Doncaster and Southwell at the end of last year and should handle the step up to a mile but STATUARIO gets another chance to show that his impressive debut win here in September was no fluke. He was highly tried in a couple of subsequent starts and has been gelded over the winter. Marble Bar found only one too good when well backed on his final start last year at Nottingham but Windsor third Unbridled Spirit needs to find more. Island Sound has shown ability but Joust is having his first run for a new yard having failed to show much last year for Jessica Harrington.
