Verdict

TAJ BADALANDABAD never seems to run two race alike, which is a worry, but he was on his best behaviour when fourth in the Pertemps Final here last month when Whataknight and Protek Des Flos were behind. That’s the best piece of form on offer and David Pipe’s charge can race off the same mark. Steely Addition was improving in the autumn and is still relatively unexposed. Head To The Stars holds a verdict over the selection from January and has only found one too good in three runs since. Buckle Street is a thorough stayer who gets on well with claimer Harry Stock and Monbeg Theatre is interesting from near the foot of the weights. Coup De Pinceau gained a morale-boosting victory at Musselburgh last time and stays this longer trip but, like the prolific Calipso Collonges and King Of Realms, would need another career-best to get involved in a race like this.
