Verdict

This is usually a strong race and the Nigel Twiston-Davies team have high hopes that Sybarite can go all the way to the top although giving weight away will not be easy. However, he earned that penalty with a facile success over a modest field at Uttoxeter and certainly has an engine. Dark Lover will be fancied having shown promise at Chepstow whilst it would be no surprise to see Teaforthree attract support on debut for a new yard but a chance is taken with newcomer LETS GET SERIOUS. Nicky Henderson traditionally does well in these races and it bodes well that the yard have already sent out a well backed winner of a bumper this week and it would be no surprise to see this half-brother to Flat winners on the continent go close.
