    Verdict

KRAZY PAVING carries a 4lb penalty for Friday's course and distance victory, his first run since having wind surgery, but can complete a quick double. Indian Affair was having his 142nd start when narrowly beaten on the same card. That was his first start since September and his debut for new connections. Poppy May doesn't win often and has been beaten in a seller and a Class 7 handicap the last twice. It's a long time since Watheer won a race and, though he's dropped to his lowest ever mark, he rarely runs over a trip this short. Ask The Guru wins his share but is on a long losing run.
