    Verdict

Fen Breeze came here for her belated debut where she caused an upset, comfortably seeing off her rivals. There's no reason why she shouldn't make further progress, though has a penalty to carry. Alicia Darcy was optimistically put into Listed and Group 2 company last term but has disappointed in her two runs this campaign including in a Lingfield nursery a month ago. PAINTED DREAM has a very speedy pedigree and showed enough in her two starts at Kempton to suggest she can win races this campaign. She gets the nod over Shorter Skirt, who wasn't beaten far in her first three starts before failing to stay 7f in a better race at Kempton. Show Me The Bubbly was a 33/1 chance when reappearing at Kempton but belied her odds to be beaten just a head and looks certain to give a good account.
