Beautiful Day's best runs have been on the all-weather but the handicapper has been lenient with him and given him a chance. Silvanus is a C&D winner capable of winning this at his best though he's been in poor form but MR MO JO, who has been fading close home on stiffer tracks, should be capable of lasting out longer here and is given the vote in a first-time visor. Red River Boy won this last year and Spirit Of Coniston the year before. Neither are running well but in this poor quality sprint anything can happen. Tyrannosaurus Rex is blinkered for the first time and well enough handicapped but he hasn't won for over two years
