    Verdict

John Dunlop can complete a double with Daana, who expected to improve for the sounder surface. Noble Nick, having his first outing for Dandy Nicholls, may find a little improvement for the step up in trip and can chase the southern raider home. Squibnocket, a half-brother to middle-distance winner Brief Dance, will do better when faced with a stiffer test.
