Verdict

Intense Style and Portledge are both upped in class after winning their respective latest starts but Echo Of Lightning was runner-up in a tougher race at York so makes more appeal. ROARING FORTIES is penalised for winning at Musselburgh during the week but he scored by over three lengths, despite eased down in the closing stages, and can go in again in his current form. Penny Pot Lane landed a double over 6f last month while Flyboy has been thereabouts of late and will appreciate any rain.
