Verdict

This is another competitive affair in which Shazal, Kings Square and Book's Way look to be the leading players, and the vote is given to the last mentioned. The selection is dropped in trip after disappointing last time and as that will clearly suit he looks to have a leading chance. He may try and dictate from the front and if he can steal a lead in this hands and heels race then he could be difficult to peg back. Shazal won in convincing fashion last time but he is far from consistent and may be vulnerable under a penalty. Kings Square was disappointing in conditions that did not suit last time, and he has to be of interest with a leading amateur booked for the ride. Shady Man has failed to complete on his last two starts but he would be another to consider if he could get round. However, we are happy to stick with Book's Way as our idea of the winner.
