In depth

Verdict

A good race by the track's standards and MISTER ANGRY can make the punters anything but by accounting for Coloursoftheglen and Bubbelas. Mark Johnston's charge showed significant improvement for his first outing when landing a fair maiden at Wolverhampton last time out. Coloursoftheglen had to work somewhat harder for his maiden win. Nevertheless, he showed plenty of grit to win in the fashion that he did. Bubbelas really caught the eye at Pontefract on debut. His return to the track was disappointing but it could be that the softened ground was not to his liking. Desert Forest and Durham Reflection have to be respected from a yard that are in good form at present. Aquarian Spirit has the plum draw to work from this afternoon and should have come on for his debut. Plenty of plausible winners but we will stick with Mister Angry.
