        Verdict

        Course regular Solar Spirit won last year's renewal off a higher mark. He's not easily overlooked and Red Cape also has claims off his current mark having gone within a nose of winning at the track last month. Showtime Star has more scope than most of these and will come good before long but CADEAUX PEARL is preferred. The latter won here before scoring at Beverley last month and this looks easier than his latest task behind the in-form Mister Manannan.
