      Verdict

      Special Fighter won by seven lengths at Beverley last week so could still figure despite a penalty. But he's also up in class along with Tinseltown, who won a low grade contest over 1m4f here last time. Kiwayu hasn't looked like winning in better company of late but finished ahead of Local Hero when third at York in June. Ebony Express remains 5lb higher than last year's win at Newcastle and GAMBOL is 8lb higher than when scoring at Doncaster. But the latter went close to catching the progressive Meetings Man at Sandown on his latest start and gets the vote to go one better in this.
