Some familiar names line up for this five furlong sprint including David Chapman's old campaigners Sharp Hat and Paddywack who have both regained the winning thread recently but have been raised by the handicapper as a result and preference is for Mullady Penelope, who gets the vote ahead of Elisha. The last mentioned is entitled to come on for her recent return at Ballinrobe and could be of interest off what appears a fair mark. Kings College Boy is another that has returned to form of late but may find this coming too soon after his latest start yesterday, while Never Without Me faces no easy task from stall 12. Strensall has slipped to a decent mark but is similarly badly drawn, while Percy Douglas is another that could be better berthed. There are no such problems for Mullady Penelope though who has been given a decent draw in stall two, is lightly raced and improving and has ground conditions to suit.
