Verdict

JACK DEVINE will need to produce a more fluent round of jumping than he managed when fourth at Newcastle on his chasing bow, But he’s facing easier opposition today and Rose Dobbin’s charge should have the measure of both Piri Massini and Braavos on these terms though the former is another expected to improve for last month’s modest debut effort at Uttoxeter. Chasing newcomers Hurricane Dylan and Duke Debarry are of similar ability over hurdles and the latter has undergone wind surgery since last seen in May.
