Verdict

Jason Maguire has found himself overhauled by the champion jockey despite enjoying an early lead in the title race but has a strong chance on chasing recruit VALLEYOFMILAN. Not at his best the last twice over timber, his hurdling form is far superior to these rivals overall and hopefully he will take to the larger obstacles. Two Irish raiders turn up with Black Rock Lake preferred of the pair after a respectable mid-division finish last time in a Limerick beginners' chase. He could be the main threat as Mystified is 0-14 over fences and Winged Farasi, a 2009 course winner, has only shown a modicum of promise over fences too. He's in good hands but has to put a poor effort behind him eight days ago when pulled up at Southwell.
