Verdict

Dee Star has proven form around here and the locals have backed him solidly on his last pair of appearances though life won’t be easy with the assessor allocating him with a further rise up the weights in defeat. Mah Mate Bob was a beaten favourite on his most recent visit to the Lakes and connections respond by slapping on a first-time visor. That is also the headgear of choice for THE VERY THING and though his previous efforts here have been little to write home about, Micky Hammond wouldn’t be sending him here if he didn’t believe he had a chance. Kiltorcan Boy switches to fences having shown his first glimpse of ability when placing over hurdles last month.
