        Verdict

        Queens Gift beat Kyllachy Dragon when winning a novices’ race at Newcastle and was placed at Haydock on her handicap debut. Chookie Dunedin started the year on a much higher mark and was beaten only a length at Hamilton recently but it could pay to stick with FINAL GO. Grant Tuer’s progressive filly scored in soft going over course and distance at last week’s meeting and is taken to defy a penalty. Royal Residence has failed to build on an earlier neck defeat at Haydock while Jonboy returned a losing favourite at Doncaster last month.
