In depth

Verdict

FIN AND GAME, a son of leading NH sire Oscar, made a promising start to his career at Bangor and is taken to go one better here ahead of penalised Warwick winner Point Of Principle and fellow four-year-old Arakhan, who has looked a tad one-paced so far. Blottos has been placed in both start to date but was beaten a long way last time at Sedgefield. Flemenskill is interesting, however, as his breeding suggests he shouldn’t be short of speed and his yard has an excellent strike rate in races like this.
