        Verdict

        The Wee Barra won last year’s renewal and scored off today’s mark at Hamilton back in May. Tectonic is another to consider as he remains on a winning mark despite a 3lb rise for scoring at Ayr in August but it could pay to stick with POINTILLISM. The latter won a maiden at Redcar on his first start since January and debut for Iain Jardine and has plenty of scope for further progress. Hernando Torres was placed here last time but Chiswick Bey’s second in a higher grade at Pontefract looks stronger form and he can go close.
