Verdict

Palm Beach made a winning start for John Dixon in a three-runner race here less than three weeks ago when Star Of Markinch was tailed off. But, as he’d won earlier in Ireland, he has to give 5lb today to SUPER SURVIVOR, who won at Doncaster and was only narrowly beaten at Chepstow when carrying a penalty. Olympus did finish third at Hexham last month but never threatened the first two and he looks very one-paced.
