Nicky Richards has another strong contender in Clueless, who can take this very average race at the expense of Tomillielou and Sula's Legend. The selection handled soft ground whilst on the flat with Willie Haggas and certainly would have to be no world-beater to win this race after an absence of ten months. Although he disappointed when last seen at long odds-on, he must be given another chance to atone here. Tomillielou represents an in-form stable and has to be on the shortlist. He makes his hurdling debut in a weak race after two satisfactory if unspectacular bumper performances where he still looked slightly green, and could be one to trouble the selection. Similarly Sula's Legend should come on for his recent hurdling debut at Uttoxeter where he belied his huge odds to finish a creditable second to Here's Johnny, and on that form would enter calculations in what is a poor race. However, Clueless is the selection to provide his trainer with another Carlisle success.
