Verdict

The first of today’s Series Finals was won by Stuart Crawford’s yard last year and HIDDEN DILEMMA is preferred to stablemate Victoria Says. The former was well beaten in testing ground at Ayr last time but that came only two days after winning easily over a shorter trip here and Richard Johnson’s presence suggests she’ll show her true running today. Several won qualifying events on their latest starts though Princess Mononoke’s success at Perth came back in April while Champagne To Go and Bon Chic have the more recent form with victories at Sedgefield and Ayr respectively. But Secret Escape was beaten only a length by Champagne To Go and may well reverse running with that outing under her belt and is also preferred to Dark Sunset.
