Verdict

A decent event in which All Nonsilver can reinforce the favourable impression he created when successful at Ayr last term. Martin Todhunter has suggested that he has a lot to learn about the game but the same owner, trainer and jockey connections have enjoyed plenty of success with Kingsmark in the past and it is impossible not to draw comparisons. The horse looks very much one to be on the right side of at present and any rain would not deflect from his chances. Moss Harvey looked to completely lose the plot after bullying a number of Northern novices into submission during the early stages of his Novice campaign. His yard were badly out of sorts at the time and if his confidence has been restored, his true odds are likely to be much slimmer than those on the bookmakers boards. Diceman has always been held in high regard since finishing second to The Bajan Bandit in his bumper days. He would have chances on his performances at Cartmel and Newcastle but he was overfaced at Punchestown and his jumping capitulated as a result. Raymond Anderson Green is a regular visitor to the winners enclosure at Carlisle and his famous colours are carried by Curly Spencer. The horse has won here over hurdles although our enthusiasm would be greater were the going to turn significantly softer. Scotmail Lad and Grangewick Flight are regulars in these events an should run their usual races. Premier Drive, on the other hand, has found life hard after running up a sequence of victories in moderate events. All Nonsilver is tipped to continue his upward progression with Moss Harvey watched intently with a view to future handicaps.
