GREEN VELVET can win this handicap at the main expense of Bluebok and Multahab. The selection has won her last two races and she has shown some progressive form on the all-weather. She is making her turf debut here but she is clearly quite useful and if she can overcome her wide draw she should take plenty of stopping. Multahab has been a little disappointing on his last two starts, but he did win over this course and distance prior to that and he does like to be produced wide so his draw will not be a problem. The yard are very shrewd so a market check is advised. Bluebok is running well at present and if he can get to the front from his middle draw then he could be hard to catch. Matterofact is a course and distance winner and could prove best of others, but Green Velvet is at the top of her game and she can complete the hat-trick.
