    Verdict

SINGLEB ran out an easy winner last time and he can win again here; the main dangers would appear to be Duty Doctor and Braddock. The selection does have a penalty to shoulder for his most recent success, but he is on an upward curve and he appeared to win with a bit in hand last time, so 6lbs is unlikely to be enough to stop him. Duty Doctor also scored last time out when she finished with a wet sail to win by a nose. This slight step-up in trip should suit and she is entitled to go close. Braddock has got some decent form in Ireland, but his best efforts have been on testing ground and for that reason we will take him on. Kannon won here last time but it wasn't the strongest of races and she was all-out to score, so she is probably worth taking on under a penalty. Singleb looks the most progressive type in the field and he is put forward as the pick.
