    Verdict

    DE VEGAS KID (NAP) is at his best here and is overdue another course win. Recent placed efforts suggest a bold bid is likely and he’s preferred to Goddess Of Fire. The latter went close at Newmarket last week and can figure again but Dark Company’s recent second came over a longer trip at Yarmouth. Magnetised tumbles further down the weights without yet looking like taking advantage.
