    Verdict

Another tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading fancies but the principals look to be Magic Verse, Mrs Brown and Sylva Royal and the tentative vote goes to Magic Verse. The selection won with a shade in hand at this course when defeating Caerphilly Gal over a mile last time out and although the drop in trip is a slight worry she has conditions to suit and will be hard to beat. Mrs Brown rates the main danger on her latest fourth behind Rebel Raider but she was doing all her best work at the finish so is not sure to be suited by the drop in trip so is passed over on this occasion. Sylva Royal is another worthy of respect she won well last time out when defeating Ballare on the AW at Lingfield and is open to improvement on turf so is worth noting in the market. Beauty of Dreams ran as if about to hit form when fourth behind Otago last time and is another with place claims but she would not want to much rain. Of the remainder Mr Lewin has traveled a long way to contest this race and represents shrewd connections so is another to note in the market but for the winner we return to Magic Verse.
