Verdict

Goldhill Prince can continue his good run at the expense of Story of One, Ronnies Lad and Straffan. Goldhill Prince has been expertly placed by Bill Turner to land three weak events, at Redcar, Ayr and Hamilton over the last month or so and in his current mood is worth chancing one more time before the purple patch comes to an end. Granted he has not beaten much but gets the vote over Story of One who may find conditions a bit too fast. Gary Moore and son Ryan teamed up to land this race last year so Ronnies Lad is sure to be fancied, while Straffan gets weight off all of them so is not to be left out entirely. With the form in the book though, Goldhill Prince is selected.
