        ROY ROCKET marked his 50th outing by winning an amateurs’ race over 1m4f here last week by over four lengths. Equally proficient over this shorter trip, he’s taken to defy a penalty and record his eighth success at this venue. Carvelas sports a first-time visor having slipped down the weights and finishing closer at Bath recently but Topmeup has yet to score over this far and Mark Gillard’s new charge Vanderbilt has yet to win anywhere. Lady Natasha has also switched yards and makes a belated seasonal debut but Solveig's Song is looking to exploit a tumble down the weights.
