      Verdict

      Cloud Drift looked very green at Chepstow despite attracting support and will have come on for the experience. Lord Of The Alps made a reasonable debut here and improved at Wolverhampton while TELL ME ALL wasn't beaten far at Haydock. The latter was staying on at the finish and this stiff uphill climb can see him in the winner's enclosure. Noble Bertie may prove best of the newcomers.
