        Verdict

        Ugo Gregory has a 4lb penalty for landing his fourth track success in a Class 5 handicap last week. There's little between he and the locally-trained On The River, who beat him a neck here in May but now looks a few pounds high. The three-year-old Cori Glory easily landed a soft ground maiden here before finding a mile just beyond her at Carlisle and should give a good account. Another from the younger brigade, IN THESE SHOES, is just 4lb higher than when scoring over the course and distance on good to soft in April and has continued in good form so looks the one to beat. Rhoscolyn's last seven runs have been in Class 2 handicaps so this is a big drop in class.
