Verdict

Bulls Aye had disappointed when strongly fancied at Musselburgh but pulled much too hard. Ridden with more restraint on a return visit, he gained a convincing victory but faces some unexposed and promising types. Fae The Port showed very good speed for a long way in that latter event while DESERT ROSE has the inside berth and stayed on once the penny dropped at Chelmsford. That looks slightly better form than Naamoos' run at Wolverhamton and she can make her fillies' allowance count. Oracle of Omaha ran very green at Newmarket and normal progress can see him in contention.
