Verdict

Joe The Beau looked a progressive type when scoring at Thirsk and his run at Wolverhampton is best ignored. The other three-year-old in the line-up, Welcoming, hasn't shown the expected improvement this campaign and was beaten in lower grade at Ayr last time. Stable companions Dream Walker and Be Kool are probably warming up for another crack at the Galway Festival later this month though will need to go there in decent form but How Bizarre didn't quite last out a mile at Ripon and this is stiff uphill finish. GHAYYAR won this last year from 6lb lower and looked on the way back when runner-up at Carlisle last time so looks the one to beat.
