In depth

Verdict

TIN PAN ALLEY made all over track and trip last week and Duke Of Yorkshire never looked like catching him and finished third. David Allan keeps faith with the seven-year-old, despite today's 6lb penalty. Paddy's Rock looks the main threat given he scored over course and distance last year, his only previous outing over 1m2f, and ran well at Hamilton on his latest start when ahead of the returning Monopoli. The latter should be sharper today, however, and Spokesperson has each-way claims in this grade.
