Verdict

TAI SING YEH is probably better over slightly shorter but has been in excellent form and wasn't disgraced in an apprentice handicap at Tipperary on Wednesday. This is his level and he can get back to winning ways. Guessthebill was just a head behind when they occupied the places at Limerick and there's nothing between them but Tammany Hall, who finished fourth, looks held. My Minervina hasn't made the expected improvement but drops into this company for the first time. Helen De Pourtales is on a long losing run but would have a chance on her second at Gowran last month though was seven lengths behind Rosie Rock when the latter scored at Leopardstown in May. Ado McGuinness' mare has struggled from her raised mark subsequently but has chance in this lower grade as has the veteran Eastern Racer, the winner on nine races in his long career.
