In depth

Verdict

Powerful Dream is in good heart at the moment and goes well at this track, but may struggle to follow up her latest course and distance win off her new mark, so Mick Channon’s JERSEY BREEZE is preferred. She showed admirable battling qualities to win a similar race at Brighton on Tuesday and with more improvement to come, she can defy a penalty to take this. Welsh Rose has potential though was well-beaten when last seen at Lingfield while the lightly-raced Reedanjas could be of interest here if she settles.
