Compton Banker is well treated judged by official BHB ratings but tends to find things happening too quickly for him over the minimum trip these days so preference is for Innclassic, who gets the vote over Signor Panettiere. The selection was claimed out of Brian Meehan's stable after finishing a close second behind Queen Of Night at Southwell last week. She has an obvious chance on her first start for new connections. Signor Panettiere has been running with credit in handicaps of late and Richard Hannon's colt now takes a drop in class. He rates a bigger threat than Ben Hanbury's Lake Verdi, who has a bit to find at the weights and hails from a yard that has had a quiet season. This looks harder than the race that Jinksonthehouse won at Musselburgh last time, while another well-treated horse Byo has given little sign of encouragement of late. Not a race that should take much winning then and Innclassic is taken to resume winning ways.
